With an interior design education, and the influence of art in the desert Southwest where I grew up, jewelry organically came into my life. I have no formal jewelry education but have been tremendously helped and guided by Randy Burns, as well as the amazing women at the Women in Silver retreat at Ghost Ranch. My career began after some life altering and emotional moments and an introduction to soldering, and it is the one thing that I truly and passionately love to do. My architectural style design background plays a major role in my work today as I'm drawn to cleaner, more contemporary lines, and my Arizona upbringing has instilled a great appreciation for jewelry as an art form as well as the beauty of stone. I have been a full time jeweler for my personal business since late 2017, and my focus is primarily in one of a kind custom work. I credit the continuing growth in my artistry to many many hours of trial and error, and a hungry desire to create.
